Custom-designed landing pages for Compass Real Estate regarding equity programs, company diversity and inclusion, listing referral programs, and agent recruitment. Worked collaboratively with engineers, department heads, and project leads to accomplish the desired results. Each page had a specific business need and focus for the design but remained within the overarching Compass branded website.

Compass went IPO in April of 2021; after going public, there was a need within the Compass website for agents to gain knowledge on getting Compass equity and to answer any questions that may arise.Compass Agent Teams
Recruiting agents into Compass is a large part of the business, and many new agents prefer to join an existing team when first starting out. At Compass, one of the main messages is the believe that everyone deserves to find their place in the world.
